This 60 day program is perfect for busy individuals who are looking to maximize their fitness in as little time as possible with as little equipment as possible and spending as little as possible. This program comes with 15 workouts that are to be performed in four cycles. Each cycle, weight or intensity should be increased to maximize growth, development and results. The only equipment needed is dumbbells, a bench and a pull-up bar. The workouts are no more than 30 minutes long but are challenging and enjoyable. There are added videos to help with various other lifestyle factors in the program including nutrition, hydration, recovery and more.
