Here is your Nutrition Crash Course Guide. This simple book gives you all the information you need to know on the basics of fitness nutrition. A great resource for getting you started in the kitchen and bringing you closer to a stronger, healthier life.

This is your Home Workout Plan. This is an extra resource just for being a part of the program as a thank you. Feel free to use this or the other Workout Plan in place for any Group Sessions you happen to miss. You may need minimal equipment for this home workout plan.

Here is a 30 Day Ab Challenge that will strengthen your core and create more definition in your midsection (so long as nutrition and other areas of your program are in check too!). This is an added bonus to your program for those wanting the extra push!

This Grocery List is guaranteed to fuel you in mind, body and spirit. If you will stick to this grocery list 90% of the time throughout this challenge, you will one hundred percent look and feel different!

I've thrown in some goal setting worksheets, just to help you get clear on what you are doing and why you are doing it. Feel these out for yourself to gain clarity as you move into the program.

Throughout this challenge, I have you completed multiple tasks each day. This habit tracker can be used if you are like me and prefer the old pen and paper. Print a few of these out and be sure to check each one of as you go!

This is another Time Management System which I have used in the past. I much prefer his one as it boxes my time into blocks so that I also stay organized and on schedule. Feel free to use it!

This Bonus Nutrition Guide contains a great article on the benefits of quality nutrition, a sample meal plan, extra grocery list, and simple recipes to make the nutrition side of your health and fitness super easy!

I've included a 6-week home bodyweight workout plan just as an added bonus. This progam is simple but super effective at developing strength and cardiovascular fitness using only your body. This can be supplemental to your 30-day journey.
